The company also continues to expand their Bolt line with the Bolt 6 which operates on the 6GHz frequency spectrum for less signal congestion, while maintaining backwards compatibility with the Bolt 4K family of products. The Bolt 6 Series is capable of using both the 6GHz and 5GHz unlicensed bands in order to avoid signal congestion. It takes advantage of the U-NII 5 bands while retaining the ability to operate in 5GHz bands. Every Bolt 6 TX and RX device can be paired with any Bolt 4K device regardless of range. The maximum range of the system in this scenario is always limited by the shortest range. (Note: in order to use 6GHz (U-NII 5), you will need a Bolt 6 on both the TX and RX side.)
