DCS Congratulates Members Nominated for Emmy Awards

Emmy nominations 2018x600The Digital Cinema Society is proud to congratulate its many members nominated for Primetime Emmys.  The 70th Primetime Emmy Awards will honor the best in U.S. primetime television as chosen by the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences. The ceremony will be held on September 17, 2018, at the Microsoft Theater in Downtown Los Angeles and will be broadcast live on NBC.

DCS Member Nominations:

Patrick Cady, ASC for Outstanding Cinematography For A Single-Camera Series (Half-Hour), the Hella LA episode of the HBO series Insecure.

• M. David Mullen, ASC for Outstanding Cinematography For A Single-Camera Series (One Hour), the pilot episode for the Amazon series The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel.

• Donald A. Morgan, ASC for Outstanding Cinematography For A Multi-Camera Series, the Do What You Gotta Do episode of the Netflix original series The Ranch.

Gary Baum, ASC for Outstanding Cinematography For A Multi-Camera Series, the A Gaye Olde Christmas episode of the NBC series Will & Grace.

Terry Pratt, Director of Photography for Outstanding Cinematography For A Reality Program, the Life Below Zero series for National Geographic and BBC Studios.
