ARRI sat down with cinematographer Josée Deshaies, AFC – jury member of the 64th Critics’ Week – to talk about her work on British actor Harris Dickinson’s directorial debut, “Urchin,” which was presented in the Un Certain Regarde section of the 2025 Cannes Film Festival. Deshaies shares her experience shooting the movie on her first ever trip to England, her love for the ALEXA 35, and why Harris wanted an international DP to capture London’s unique light.
