The mirrorless Canon R Series continues to grow and improve with the EOS R6 Mark II. A new 24MP full-frame sensor and processing improvements make this a truly hybrid camera capable of full-frame stills at 40fps or 6K RAW video at up to 60p to satisfy a wide range of professional imaging needs. This new model also sees a slightly trimmed down body and many internal improvements. Updated video abilities allow for recording in 4K up to 60p without any crop and it can output 6K raw video over HDMI to a compatible recorder to capture in ProRes RAW. The multi-function shoe expands functionality for extra accessories, including XLR adapters, microphones, and more.The original R6 came out over two years ago and Canon claims to be the current market share leader for mirrorless cameras in the US.
