In advance of NAB, Adobe has announced a major update to Creative Cloud.  One new capability of particular interest is Premiere Pro’s use of AI, (Artificial Intelligence) powered by Adobe Sensei to match color in video and graphics.  Editors will now be able to work on one shot and the Color Match will apply any changes to other shots as editable color adjustments.  A new Face Detection tool will have the ability to look at skin tones in the target images and match those to other camera angles or shots.  Another color correction feature is a split view so users can see color graded shots side-by-side or by using a wipe slider.

Other updates and abilities include:

-Adobe Immersive Environment is now available in After Effects CC, simplifying the immersive workflow to move more efficiently through clean-up and effects tasks. New support for the Microsoft Windows Mixed Reality platform offers a wider range of headsets to choose the best tools for the job.

– Employ Sensei to automatically adjust soundtrack audio around dialogue, whether for a single clip or an entire project.

– Animate personas more quickly and efficiently with a library of behaviors and custom triggers in Character Animator.

–Collaboration tools to more easily coordinate Team Projects with real-time presence indicators showing when teammates are online and new badges to indicate when a project has been updated

–Adobe Stock gives direct access within the app to access 4K and HD clips or Motion Graphics templates, including animated titling and lower thirds graphics with editable effects and text.

-A “Learn panel” for new users is now included in Premiere Pro so beginners can have a place to start with targeted tutorials that guide them through the foundational steps of video editing.

These new features for Adobe Creative Cloud are now available with the latest version of Creative Cloud.
